比々多聖観音 ~伊勢原の大きな慈悲の聖観音様~

『比々多聖観音』（ひびたしょうかんのん）
『慈眼寺衆生 福聚海無量』（じげんじしゅじょう ふくじゅかいむりょう）
あらゆる功徳を備え、慈悲の眼によって衆生を見ている。 その福徳は海のように集まること無量である
一面二臂いちめんにひ（顔が１つで腕が2本）で人間の姿に一番近い観音様です。
「観音菩薩（かんのんぼさつ）」「観世音菩薩（かんぜおんぼさつ）」とも言います。
人々を常に(観)てくださっており、救いの声(音)があれば瞬く間に救済する、ということから名付けられたと言われています。
苦しんでいるものを救うときには、千手観音や十一面観音など様々な姿に変化し救いの手を差し伸べてくださいます。
・変身した姿を(変化観音)
・もとのお姿を(聖観音)と呼びます。衆生救済が聖観音様です。
▶法泉寺の比々多聖観音の足下には、「摩尼車」（まにぐるま）が設置されており、一周回すと「観音経」を一回唱えたことになり、観音様のご加護をお受けになることが出来ます。
This is a very large Kannon statue located in the Sannomiya area of Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is read as "Hibitaｰshokannon".
Kannon is the most human-like figure with one face and two arms.
It is said that the name comes from the fact that he is always watching over people, and if there is a voice (sound) of salvation, he will save them in the blink of an eye.
